Why don't appear taxes on the bill?

Due to small business regulation in Austria right now I'm exempt to charge taxes on the bills.

Will the pieces look different from the pictures?

They can be slight variations in dimensions, colour and finishes due to the hand-made process. I made 100% of the pieces in my studio.

Can I place a phone order?

For the moment, i only accept shop/e-mail orders ,if you want to keep in touch please contact me: [email protected]

Can I order an item is not on the shop?

I accept some custom made inquiries, it will depend on the workflow of my studio ,get in touch if you are interested: [email protected]

Why appears all out of stock?

That means I'm working in new pieces, and the pieces listed are not available anymore.
If you suscribe you will be the first one to know when the shop is updated with new products.
If you are interested in any of the pieces are not available anymore, please contact me and we can discuss requirements.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay with cash, Paypal, credit or debit card and bank transfer.
For cash payments please, contact me.

How long will take my order to arrive?

If the piece is in stock, and you are in the European Union, your order will be delivered in 2-3 business days.
We ship all our orders with DHL Express

Can I order from a country outside of the European Union?

Yes, contact me and I will send you the information regarding the shipping to your country .

Can I return my product?

All the sales are final, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let me know.  

How should I clean my piece ?

I highly recommend to hand wash all my pieces to preserve its life span and the delicate attachments some of them have. 

You can use a soft dish soap and warm water to clean them.

The not glazed parts of the piece are not stain proof, and may with the time get slightly stained, to avoid that its important to clean the the piece immediately once you used it (specially with red sauces). To remove the stains you can clean the piece with warm water and a bit of baking soda.

For the sculptures and vases a damp cloth would be enough to remove the dust.

Can I use my piece with food or drinks?

Yes, the majority of my pieces are made of stoneware-porcelain and high fired with food-safe glazes. What makes them durable and waterproof.

Avoid sudden changes of temperature ( cold to hot ) what may cause thermal shock.

Can I put the tableware pieces in the dishwasher?

Yes you can, excepting the pieces with gold luster added, they might fade over time if you put them in the dishwasher.. 

Are the pieces microwave/oven safe?

The pieces with Gold luster are NOT microwave/oven safe.
For the rest of the tableware I do NOT recommend to use microwave/oven.
